Comcast has truly set a worthy standard for household service appointments.
They give a two-hour window for their appointments and if they don't make it on time, they give you a good discount on their services.
Lawn care companies in particular need to adopt this standard.
If is totally unfair that lawn care companies tell you they are coming tomorrow. No time range, just tomorrow. These companies need to get organized.
I have a backyard with a dog and swimming pool that can't be left unlocked.
I may be back to doing my own lawn care next year if things don't change.
Other companies that do household repairs should do the same as Comcast.
